This allows you and your guests to fully immerse in the experience, with complete privacy and the freedom to tailor the space to your needs.
In addition, we offer convenient on-site parking, including an electric vehicle charging point. Additionally, we can arrange transportation from Settle Railway Station upon request for your convenience.

Northend: Spacious and Adaptable
Northend, our larger building, offers a fully self-contained setting perfect for your event needs. Whether you choose to use it independently or combine it with Bennetts for even greater flexibility, Northend is ideal for events, workshops and retreats.
Key Features of Northend:
- Flexible Conference Room: A fully equipped space for up to 24 people, complete with adjoining syndicate rooms and a facilitator's office.
- Inviting Accommodation: 15 ensuite bedrooms - 12 singles, 1 double and 2 twins - designed for a comfortable and restful experience.
- Dining Area: A designated space for enjoying meals and hosting gatherings.
- Relaxation Spaces: Chill out in the conservatory, sip a drink at the well-stocked bar or unwind further with a soothing session in our on-site sauna.
Bennett’s: Intimate and Multifunctional
Bennett’s offers a cozy setting, complete with private outdoor areas and a self-contained kitchen. Perfect for smaller groups or daytime events, it accommodates up to 18 people. For larger gatherings or more complex needs, Bennett’s can be combined with Northend to create an expanded venue.
Key Features of Bennett’s:
- Conference Room: A fully equipped space featuring an interactive whiteboard, audio, and video projectors, with seating for up to 30 people in a theatre setup.
- Adaptable Work Areas: Includes syndicate rooms for breakout sessions.
- Versatile Lounge, Bar and Dining Area: A combined space that opens into private gardens, ideal for casual conversations or social events.
- Comfortable Rooms: 6 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, 4 doubles and 2 as Kingsize or Twin, including fully accessible options, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.
